Thank you for thinking of Haylo Haynets as a potential sponsor. We truly appreciate organizations and events that support the horse community and work to create memorable experiences for riders, competitors, and families.

As a small, family-owned business, we receive many sponsorship requests throughout the year. While we would love to support every event, our sponsorship budget and product inventory are limited. Each request is carefully reviewed to ensure it aligns with our mission, audience, and available resources.

Please complete the form below with as much detail as possible. We review sponsorship requests on an ongoing basis and will reach out if we're able to partner with your event.

Please Note

• Sponsorship requests should be submitted at least 8–12 weeks before your event.
• Submission of a request does not guarantee sponsorship.
• Due to the volume of requests we receive, we may not be able to respond to every application.
• Preference may be given to events that align closely with our mission, actively engage the horse community, and provide meaningful exposure for Haylo Haynets.
• Preference may also be given to organizations, producers, and events that currently use and support Haylo Haynets products. We value building long-term relationships with the customers who support our small business throughout the year.
