Shipping Policy

At Haylo Haynets, we work hard to get your order out the door quickly and reliably because we know how important it is to keep your barn running smoothly.

Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer, but we promise we’re working as fast as we can!
Reminder that we're a very small team of two.  
If you have a hard set "need by date" please make us aware when order is placed and we'll do our best to expedite the order.  

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on size, weight, and location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.  Shipping method may be adjusted if it means a faster delivery time.
Note: We prefer UPS.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Within the U.S.
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and are interested in Haylo Haynets, send us a message—we're happy to explore options.

Local Pickup
If you're local to us and want to arrange pickup from the farm, contact us directly before ordering.

Delivery Issues
Haylo Haynets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered. If you run into any issues, please reach out—we’ll do our best to help.
